Supported Contact

Supported Contact provides a neutral space for children and families to spend time together, where an appropriate venue cannot be agreed by both parents or where there has been a breakdown of trust or communication.

Supported Contact sessions are not supervised. A Contact Supervisor will be on hand if assistance or support is required, however there is no close observation of the contact and they will not be in the same room. A written report will not be completed, however the dates and times of attendance will be recorded. Should any safeguarding concerns become apparent, these concerns will also be recorded and passed on as appropriate in line with our Safeguarding Policy.

We encourage families to bring whatever toys, activities and games that they wish.
